To be eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition with the original protective films on your lens that you received it and it must also be in the original package. Again, if your sunglasses and eye-frames are damaged or scratched and NOT in their unworn condition with the warranty card, we will NOT issue a refund.
In addition, if 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
Please note that shipping cost for purchases are non-refundable and any items marked Sale, Final SALE and CLEARANCE are NOT eligible for returns!
Please note that natural wear and tears on your sunglasses lenses are NOT considered as returnable items!
Please mail your purchase back to Customer Care Center within 14 calendar days of purchase. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs when you ship your return back to us. (We recommend getting a tracking number so you can track your item)
We will send you an email notification once your return is received and you will be also notified via email if your return is eligible for refund or not. If approved, then, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the same transnational method as the payment.
